Organic Bloodwood Honey Served the Elegant Way
Some honey jars are made to be hidden in the pantry. This one is made to be put on show. A six-sided food-grade glass jar holds 300g of raw ACO Certified Organic Bloodwood honey, with a bamboo lid on top and a wooden honey dipper resting inside.
Built for the Table
The hexagon shape echoes the honeycomb cell, and the clear glass shows off the deep colour of the honey. Because the dipper comes included, guests can help themselves: lift, twist and let the honey ribbon over a cheese board, scones, fruit or a warm cup of tea, with far fewer drips than a spoon.
About the Honey Inside
This is monofloral honey from Red Bloodwood trees (Corymbia gummifera), native to coastal eastern Australia. The trees flower only every two to four years, so every harvest is small. The honey is cold extracted, raw and unfiltered, keeping its natural enzymes, antioxidants and pollen. Expect a dark amber honey with golden syrup and toasted caramel notes and a gentle smoky finish.

Caring for Your Jar and Dipper
Hand wash the dipper and bamboo lid in warm water and dry them straight away. If the honey crystallises, stand the closed jar in warm (not boiling) water with the water level below the lid until it loosens.
